For North America, on an outline map of North America, supplemented with a map of the US, you should be able to locate:

A. Urban Regions  On a map, showing cities as dots, you should be able to locate:

Boston, Chicago, Denver, El  Paso, Houston,  Los Angeles, Minneapolis,  Montreal, New York, Ottawa, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland,  San Francisco,  Toronto, Vancouver, Washington, D.C.

B. Physiographic Regions, Mountains, Basins and Plateaus:
